Finaly after a long time I am back to write a little peace of code for my Are PayPal WordPress plugin
I fixed it to work with latest changes in PayPal IPN API.
Changed PayPal Data page to contain IPN notification date. And fixed the MySQL query to order the list by the IPN Request receivement order …(e.g. RequestID field)
